Margus Teg Karan: My whole conscious life I have been exploring how different ways of looking at the world and different fields of science are related to each other, and I have come to the conclusion that everything in the world is interconnected. My explorations include getting a Master’s degree at Tallinn Technical University, at the Institute of Psychology at Tallinn University and at the Department of Economics at Tartu University. I have always been passionate about engineering, science and the essence of human beings, in my work too. Having the feeling that I still miss some “puzzle pieces” I started exploring Yoga and Tantra. These teachings changed my life more than I could ever expect. Furthermore, I found several missing “puzzle pieces” which I now happily share with others, too. Tantra and Yoga became part of my journey already many years ago when I learned these ancient teachings at Bhairava Yoga School. I studied at Agama Yoga School in Thailand to become a Tantra teacher and also at International Karam Kryia Yoga School to become a Kundalini Yoga teacher. My greatest teachers so far are Life and Intuition, in whatever form they appear. In addition, the beautiful and diverse Universe has offered me several practices that I do and which support the body, mind and spirit. I am open to everything new and I believe that we all have to create bit by bit our own holistic view at the world. I am trying to integrate ancient traditions with contemporary science, finding the truth inside me.
